Individual Therapyalso known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling—is a collaborative process between therapist and client that helps to facilitate change and improve the quality of life for the individual served. Individual counseling can help people confront barriers and/or struggles that interfere with emotional and mental well-being, and it can also increase positive feelings such as compassion, self-esteem, love, courage, peace and HOPE!

Motor City Center for Hope provides Individual therapy on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on the needs of the individual served. Sessions can be held in the morning, in the evening or even on the weekend. Our goal is to help you decrease stress, thus we work around your schedule. You are in charge of your therapy -- not us.
